For mothers with only 1 child, and the ability to furnish said child with the £6.50 needed for a 24 hr rover, plus the cost of her own dinner? That’s nearly as insulting as the Post Office giving their posties a few stamps as a Christmas bonus. Who in their right mind thought this one up? Clearly not a mother.
