The death of a man in his 80s in St Lawrence is not being treated as suspicious, Police say.
Emergency services – including the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service – were called to an address on Seven Sisters Road at 10:18 this morning (Monday).
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary has said:
“We were called at 10.18am after the discovery of the body of a man in his 80s.
“The death is not believed to be suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
“The man’s next of kin have been informed”.
