Filtering, where you might not be able to filter safely, ie; on the correct side of the broken white line?
shame on you..i had yet another car driver nearly hit me on friday night..had them chase me into Ryde, then as i got to the lights had horn blown at me plus verbals..car drivers are driving really badly…
No. Car drivers are not driving really badly.
Morons are driving like morons, whether they be in a car, on a bike, or even cycling or on foot.
Car drivers being idiots is dangerous, bikers being idiots is just as dangerous.
Group 9 of 10 bikes driving up church street, Ventnor, pulling wheelies at speed, I guess that’s right then is it?
Castle Road not Castle Street and it’s hardly Carisbrooke
sadly its clear that the echo are anti bike, two crashes anyone suggesting tourists or car drivers gets comments deleted, no forum without discussion ..
Yes so is most on here cars are are just to big these days and can’t stay on there side of road
Nor can bikers riding at high speeds in town !!!!
When motor biker riders learn to behave like decent car drivers, wait in queues, follow the speed limits, then we’ll all be safer.
Well said RTB. Why do motorcyclists think the rules of the road don’t apply to them. Speeding is a huge problem for them, they obviously are unable to read road signs correctly, maybe because they are travelling too fast!!!!!!!
Roads are much busier due to visitor numbers, accidents will happen. Just goes to prove our island roads cannot cope with large volumes of traffic. Wait until 1,700 + homes start getting built in Ryde, standstill traffic and accidents a plenty.
that bit of road has always been sxxt should be double yellow lines along that wall its too narrow
Living in this part of town you see all sorts with traffic, I don’t drive, and I wouldn’t want to because there’s too many bikers as well as motorist that have no respect for themselves let alone for others.. Newport has become a hazard, even walkers aren’t safe, constant traffic jams..hate it.
