A new Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces Association is being launched on the Isle of Wight this month.
The first meeting will be held at Ryde Castel in Ryde on 23rd February, starting at 19:30.
The group will aim to offer support and comradery to ex-military personnel.
Veteran and group chairman, Mick O’Leary has said:
“As a Veteran myself, I am well aware of the need for Veterans and Comrades to meet with other like-minded people, to build friendships and gain support specifically, in this case, Airborne and Parachute related.”
