Chief Executive Katy Taylor and several Wightlink managers will be at Quay Arts in Newport on Wednesday 30th October for the ferry company’s latest consultation event – Meet the Team.
The drop-in session from 17:30 to 19:30 will give customers the opportunity for face-to-face discussions with the managers on issues such as timetabling, facilities and pricing.
Sara Howden, Head of Customer Experience, says:
“We are looking forward to meeting Islanders who travel on our three routes and answering their questions about our services, discounted fares such as Multilink Pass tickets and our support for Isle of Wight residents who need to travel to the mainland for NHS appointments.”
