Alan Sheward, Executive Director of Nursing says:
“There have been many improvements in services over the last five years. We are now seeking views on the Quality Goals for 2016/17, which will support the development of the Trust’s annual Quality Account. The Quality Goals need to reflect the diversity of our organisation and be linked to the three main areas of quality which are:
• Patient Safety
• Clinical Effectiveness
• Patient Experience
“Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us and helping us determine the quality goals for the coming year.”
Responses should be provided by 9th February 2016.
