A broken down lorry on the dual carriageway is causing rush hour delays in Newport this afternoon (Wednesday).
The vehicle has come to a halt in Lane 1 of the southbound carriageway of Medina Way, blocking the slip road to Fairlee Road.
Traffic is tailing back up the dual carriageway and through the Riverway estate.
Motorists heading towards Ryde are having to move into the right hand side lane and back across to head up Snooks Hill.
