Thousands of new and existing customers have already pre-registered to join the scheme since it was first announced on 7th August and from today, customers can access their My Rewards account online and start spending the points they have earned to date.
My Red Funnel Rewards is the first loyalty scheme of its kind for the cross-Solent market allowing members by default to earn 4 points for every £1 spent on foot passenger tickets (including Red Jet), new vehicle bookings and food & beverage purchases. Earned points, each worth 1p can be used to buy passenger tickets, make vehicle bookings or purchase food & beverages from any ReFuel or Steam Coffee outlet.
In recognition that many Isle of Wight residents spend a higher proportion of their income on travel, Red Funnel is launching My Red Funnel Rewards Plus exclusively for permanent Isle of Wight residents. Members of My Rewards Plus will receive a generous 5 points for every £1 spent on the aforementioned items instead of the usual 4.
All Red Funnel’s Season Ticket and Saver Ticket holders who are My Reward members will earn points when renewing their tickets and Travel Card holders who already enjoy discounts of up to 20% will make even greater savings when making vehicle bookings, buying passenger tickets or when purchasing food and drinks.
