A known Isle of Wight offender, who allegedly breached his behaviour order for the 20th time, pleaded not guilty at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court on Friday.
Bradley Sparshot, 31, of York Avenue in East Cowes, pleaded not guilty to 1 count of breaching a criminal behaviour order when he appeared in front of Magistrates.
It is alleged that on the evening of 7th October, Sparshot and a female had to be ejected from St Mary’s Hospital in Newport. Shortly after this, they were spotted walking in front of cars on Medina Way, outside the hospital, forcing vehicles to brake suddenly.
This is said to be the 20th breach of the order which was initiated back in October 2020.
The 31-year-old denied the charge read out to him in the courtroom – in which he appeared on the exact day his original criminal behaviour order finished.
Sparshot was given conditional bail to appear at the same court for the trial on 1st December.

Clearly, the magistrate is incapable of appropriate action. Needs a new approach.
How many crimes does someone have to commit before enough is enough!
For god sake the lock the scum up
This brainless Muppet needs a stint inside. It might shock him into ‘growing up’ and stop being a knob.
He’s is quite often inside ! One of life’s losers that won’t ever change, but has chosen to make a career of it !!
He’s been inside so many time he’s it’s no deterrent. Because he’s thick as two short planks
This would be my sentence: For one year you are to wear a pink tutu at all times. You are to receive a large tattoo of the word ‘Menace’ across your forehead. You may not venture out in public 6pm to 7am for one year. If you break any of these conditions, then 20 years prison.
