A Sandown woman who breached her Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) and stole from a shop has been warned that she may be sent to prison when she is sentenced next month.
Maddy Allen-Willsher, 21, of Fairway Holiday Park, admitted 2x breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO), theft from a shop and breach of a conditional discharge when she appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court earlier this week (15th April).
Prosecuting, Giles Fletcher told the court that on the 20th March 2025 in Sandown, Allen-Willsher was seen in the company of an individual she is banned from associating with. On the 14th April, Allen-Willsher was seen in the company with another individual she is banned from associating with. The Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) was imposed by the East Hampshire Magistrates Court in October last year.
Also on the 14th April, Allen-Willsher stole cans of beer from Sainsbury’s on Sandown High Street. By committing these latest offenses, Allen-Willsher was in breach of a conditional discharge imposed in 2024.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) classed the breaches as ‘deliberate’. Allen-Willsher has a total of 19 convictions for 58 offences.
Defending Allen-Willsher, Oscar Vincent, told the court that his client had accepted an offer from a banned individual to help her move house and that in regards the theft matter, Allen-Willsher had no money.
The case has been adjourned until the 30th May to allow a pre-sentence report to be compiled. Magistrates warned the 21-year-old that if she is to continue to offend then ‘there’s no doubt you’ll be in for a long stretch’.

Can you live on Holiday Parks all year round.
No! They have to be licensed for fully residential. Ask the council why this is permitted?
Too be honest I don’t think anyone at the
council know the rules.
It’s a case of the blind leading the blind.
Got no money so pinched beer, the stuff of survival.
Empty threats won’t change this one.
IOW Council – why are you allowing people like this to live on a holiday park which has no licence for residential? Another of your toothless, look the other way policies that cause neighbours to suffer either parked vans and other commercial vehicles all over the streets nearby? (They’re are allowed at the “holiday” park.) Gutless and disgusting, as always. But you’re great at taking the council tax, aren’t you???
I think the same thing is happening at
Sandown Bay Holiday Centre in Yaverland.
Seems people buy a cheap property and live
in the holiday homes all year round,
alright for some.
People pay a lot of money to have their caravans on a holiday park, they do not want low life around them poisoning the place and their quality of life ruined by such scum. Low life should be banned from the parks by the park owners, they make us abide by the park rules, we want our rules too. One small park got inundated by such scum, now the whole place is a shit hole. It’s got attacks, drugs, whores, feril brats, knives, dangerous dogs, guns because the owners retired and a load of DWP funded smackheads.
