Police have launched an appeal to locate Charlene Worthington who has been missing since this morning (Tuesday). Charlene, 40, was last seen in Newport at around 10:10. She is described as: white, 5ft 3ins, with short blonde hair. A spokesperson for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has said:
“We believe she’s still on the Isle of Wight but she does have connections to the Northampton area and it is possible she may be travelling there. “We’re concerned for her welfare. “If you think you’ve seen Charlene since she went missing, or have any other information that could help us, contact us as soon as possible on 101 quoting 4424010688. In an emergency dial 999.”
UPDATE @ 16:50 – Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has confirmed that Charlene has since been found.
