Emergency services are attending a road traffic collision at Whippingham on the main road in and out of East Cowes this afternoon (Tuesday).
Both Police and paramedics are on scene with a cyclist, who is understood to have been injured as a result of a collision with a vehicle.
The incident has occurred near the junction with Beatrice Avenue outside Priory School.
Southern Vectis are warning of heavy delays to their Route 5 service.
