Where is the ” L ” plate
Looks like a very faint one.
Personally I don’t believe any
Tom, Dick or Harry should be give driving
lessons, it should be made law that such vehicles
have dual control so the professional
driver could take control to prevent such accidents
from happening.
“Cost cutting never works”
I pray the pedestrian is ok.
On the bonnet.
Looks like a D.I.Y learner vehicle, if so cannot beat a
driving school with dual controls so the instructor
can stop the vehicle in an emergency.
With the state of that windscreen, I bet that the poor woman has a nasty headache. Hope that she gets well soon.
That poor learner driver will be so shaken up, obviously awful for the person that has been hit too but let’s not jump to any conclusions about the learner, people always walk out there.
