Niton’s White Lion pub has welcomed a new management team – Anita and Ray. Anita and Ray are a local Niton couple who are now taking on the their next venture of managing The White Lion. The duo are extremely eager to share their passion for hospitality and food. You may recognise Anita, who has been working at the pub since September last year. In this time she has made it her mission to learn everything she can about the business from restaurant to rooms and has been considered a very valued member of the team. A spokesperson for Wight Pubs – which owns The White Lion, Chequers Inn and The Birdham, has said:
“We are so excited about this new managing pair and we encourage you to pop in and pay them a visit if you have not already done so. “We are reintroducing our quiz night which will take place every last Thursday of the month going forward. “We are also going to be hosting a BBQ on Saturday where a selection of tasty meats will be available”.
