Mountbatten IW has been subject to a break-in at their warehouse in Newport last night (Thursday).
The charity took to Facebook to announce the news that vandals had smashed through a back window and stole a donation collection tin.
At least one other item containing change was also taken.
Hampshire Constabulary is aware of the theft and are currently investigating.
If you saw anything suspicious or could help locate the charity money, contact police on 101.
