If it’s not drink driving it’s drug driving when will these idiots learn simple they won’t
Maybe when they’re given a prison sentence instead of a £40 fine
Im suprised any of them get caught, the amount of people i see swerving pot holes and raised cracks in the roads….must all look like there on something
Ridiculous leniency shown in most cases.
if your going to drink / drug drive go on holiday to the sunny isle of wight if you get caught you will only get a very leniency fine by the islands magistrates
A woman is found guilty of criminal damage, assault by beating and possession of a class A drug. She is fined £120 with £85 costs. A male is found guilty of common assault and gets a 12 month community order, 130 hours of unpaid work and a ten day rehab order. Oh, and costs of £620. Is there a conclusion to be drawn for such disparate sentencing, I wonder?
Agree with you, should be sane for all.
