Drug driving seems to be the norm on the island
according to this list of Numpty’s.
It’s in every county. In Northamptonshire, where I live, it is rife. Sadly, there are not enough coppers to catch the culprits. I think, given the island’s unique nature, catching culprits seems more straightforward.
I do think the sentences are too lenient, though. I’d like to see a driving ban for life. It may be a deterrent for people to think twice before popping a pill or snorting a line.
Even if they banned a driver for life, unless watched
they would re-offend!
If caught while banned, bang them up for a nice stretch with no luxuries like mobile phones and tv etc etc.
