Harrison Wyatt, 39, of Newbridge Close, Shanklin pleaded guilty to sending by public communication network an offensive / indecent / obscene / menacing message / matter. He was handed a 12-month community order with 20 rehabilitation days attached. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £114 surcharge.
Michael Elms, 37, of Central Way, Sandown pleaded guilty to drug driving (BZE). He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
Lucy Whittington, 32, of Tattenham Road, Brockenhurst pleaded guilty to drink driving (65). She was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £114 surcharge.
Jose Miranda E Silva, 35, of Monkton Street, Ryde pleaded guilty to drink driving (78), driving without insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and possession of a controlled drug of Class B. He was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £952 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £381 surcharge.
Elizabeth Dowty, 38, of Fairmead Way, Totton, Southampton pleaded guilty to criminal damage. She was given a 12-month cconditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £26 surcharge.
Amber Gagen, 25, of Green Street, Ryde pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a community protection notice. She was fined £40.
Yvette Horton, 49, of Appleford Lane, Whitwell pleaded guilty to drink driving (57). She was banned from driving for 15 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £48 surcharge.
Martin D’arcy, 55, of Arctic Road, Cowes pleaded guilty to racially / religiously aggravated fear / provocation of violence by words / writing, using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress, criminal damage, common assault of an emergency worker, being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was handed a 12-week custodial sentence. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation.
Jake Millmore, 29, of Spanners Close, Chale pleaded guilty to being the driver of a vehicle fail to stop after a road accident. He was handed 7 penalty points on his licence, fined £500 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £200.
Aleksandra Rydz, 41, of The Strand, Ryde pleaded guilty to being the owner/person in charge of dog dangerously out of control causing injury. She was made subject to a 12-month community order with 200 hours of unpaid work attached. She was ordered to pay compensation of £100, £85 costs and a £114 surcharge.
A Contingent Destruction Order was imposed on the dog, Maximillian, a mixed breed dog, that it must be kept on a lead with a muzzle on at all times when in a public place.
Anthony Harris, 56, of Shamblers Road, Cowes pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a £16 surcharge.
Peter Thompson, 53, of Fort Warden Road, Totland Bay pleaded guilty to drink driving (56), driving without a valid MOT, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance. He was banned from driving for 15 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £48 surcharge.
Richard Palin, 48, of Wintergreen Gardens, Newport pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was banned from driving for 25 months, fined £960 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £384 surcharge.
Matthew Blanchard, 50, care of Victoria Crescent, Ryde pleaded guilty to 3x theft from a shop. He was ordered to pay £52.50 compensation.
Liam Saltzer, 37, of Bellevue Road, Cowes pleaded guilty to drink driving (52), driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs with a £48 surcharge.
Jacob Anderson, 25, of Arctic Road, Cowes pleaded guilty to drink driving (46). He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £276 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £110 surcharge.
Luke Connolly, 28, of Cypress Road, Newport pleaded guilty to theft from a shop. He was ordered to pay a £80 fine, £73.62 compensation, £25 costs and a £32 surcharge.
Richard Herbert, 26, of High Street, Shanklin pleaded guilty to trespass in proximity of railway / on railway property and using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
