Why does a man get a 29 month driving ban for drink driving and a woman gets a 12 month ban for drink driving?? They should both get 29 months.
Look at the alcohol reading level. His was 122, hers was much lower at 46 hence the more lenient ban. There are guidelines depending on how much over the limit you are.
Are you joking that shouldn’t matter at all drink driving is drink driving should all be treated the same 122 or 46 it’s still wrong
