Isle of Wight band The Pill are among the latest acts announced for one of the UK’s biggest music festivals.
The punk duo will take to the stage at Latitude Festival in Suffolk this July.
They join a lineup that includes the previously announced Fatboy Slim, Elbow and Billy Bragg. Also on the bill are Sting, Clean Bandit, Alessi Rose, Pale Waves and Example, all of whom will perform at the 2025 Isle of Wight Festival.
The Pill’s addition to the Latitude Festival program follows the release of their latest single.
Problem was released last week and is available on all streaming platforms.
Produced by Boeweaver at Newport’s Empire Sound, the track was mastered at Metropolis Studios and released under the record label AWAL.
The Pill are fronted by Lily Hutchings on vocals and guitar with Lottie Massey on vocals and bass. They will perform at a selection of festivals this summer including Brighton’s Great Escape and Oxfordshire’s Wilderness.
On 16th April, they will play a homecoming show at Newport’s Strings Bar and Venue when they support Welly, alongside fellow local band The Optimists.
