I am confused the Government and Council
plead poverty, they are so skint they have to charge
Farmers inheritance tax and Cancel pensioners
winter fuel allowances.
They could raise billions of pounds annually if all the
Homes in the country that carry out alterations to their
properties paid higher Council Tax.
