Islanders are being urged to have their say on the much talked about fixed link between the Isle of Wight and the mainland by completing an online survey.
The survey, which has been organised by Pro-link, is to obtain views of local residents on whether or not they want to see a fixed link feasibility study actioned by the Department of Transport. The survey is also to be used to highlight potential areas of concern for those living on the Island.
The feasibility study will be financed centrally and not by the Isle of Wight Council or Island residents.
It is hoped that the results will be published at the end of the month ahead of May’s local elections.
The survey can be accessed and completed at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/FLFeasibilitystudy.
