UPDATED: Island Line train services between Rydr Pier Head and Shanklin have been suspended this morning (Saturday) due to staff illness.
A member of signalling staff has been taken ill and consequently the service is suspended until a replacement member of staff can be sourced.
A normal service is expected to resume by 10:00.
UPDATE @ 10:02 – A reduced service is now in operation with disruption expected to continue until at least 14:00.
Trains are departing Ryde Pier Head for Shanklin at xx:49 past each hour until further notice.
Services from Shanklin to Ryde Pier Head are departing at xx:18 past each hour until further notice.
