Firefighters from Freshwater were called to a property in the West Wight late last night (Wednesday).
1 appliance was mobilised at the request of the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service over concerns for the welfare of an elderly woman.
The retained crew used a triple extension ladder to gain entry to the property via a first floor window.
