Roll on Tuesday and get what we are paying for back open.
The firm other half works for is also closing Monday. They won’t get paid though. I assume the IWC employees will retain full pay and pension contributions for yet another day of doing nothing???
Aside from what’s open or closed for the Queens funeral, isn’t it long overdue that County Hall should be demolished as, in the words of our new King Charles III “It’s an absolute abomination on the landscape, truly a disgusting carbunkle”. In fact, I’d put it on a par with the derilict Ocean Hotel in Sandown.
And as equally useful people within it.
Please could you provide a link to the article in which this is said, I can’t find it anywhere.
