Police and paramedics are attending a road traffic collision at Blackwater, where a car has left the road and collided with a fence this afternoon (Friday).
The incident has occurred at the junction of Blackwater Hollow and Blackwater Road and is said to have involved 2 vehicles – a Morris Minor and a Ford Transit Connect.
The classic Morris has left the carriageway and come to rest in a garden fence.
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service is on scene with an operational commander present.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident at around 14:50.
All roads remain open in the area.
