Emergency services are attending a crash at Shalfleet which has resulted in the road becoming blocked in both directions this evening (Christmas Day).
The collision, involving a Toyota Rav4, has occurred at the traffic lights outside The New Inn pub.
The vehicle has sustained front end, driver’s side damage, but it is unclear at this stage if a second vehicle has been involved.
No one is thought to be trapped or seriously injured.
The crash occurred at around 19:00.
