This Remembrance weekend, Isle of Wight ferry operator Red Funnel is offering past and present UK Armed Forces personnel free foot passenger ferry travel to and from the Isle of Wight on 11th and 12th November 2023. The special offer is available for travel on both Red Funnel’s High-Speed Red Jet service and the operator’s vehicle ferry service and is exclusively for serving and veteran UK Armed Forces. Fran Collins, CEO of Red Funnel, said:
“We are very grateful for the dedication and sacrifices made by our UK Armed Forces. Remembrance Day is a time for us to come together as a nation and honour those who have served. This is just one small way we’d like to show our immense gratitude for their service to our country.”
This offer can only be claimed in person at Red Funnel’s ticket offices by presenting either a MOD Form 90 ID card, (including expired cards for veterans), or a UK Armed Forces Veteran ID Card.
