Hovertravel have suspended their cross-Solent service between Ryde and Southsea this morning (Thursday) due to adverse weather conditions.
Strong winds gusting in the Solent have led to the decision being taken to halt all crossings.
An update is expected at 11:30.
All other cross-Solent services are running to timetable.
UPDATE – Hovertravel services are back in operation in accordance with the summer timetable.
UPDATE @ 12:18 – Hovertravel have had to suspend their service once again as a result of the continuing adverse weather conditions.
An update is expected at 13:30.
UPDATE @ 18:00 – Services are back in operation.
If the leaves on the trees are moving, the hover’s cancelled!
