Police on the Isle of Wight want to speak to 3 men about a burglary at a caravan at Waverley Park Holiday Centre in East Cowes, in which £1,300 cash, a mobile phone and an iPad was stolen.
A man in his 50s was in a caravan when men knocked the door and said they were police officers. When the occupier didn’t answer, it’s alleged they picked up a gas bottle and smashed the door open.
The suspects are described as white and of medium build. 1 of the men was 5′ 11″ to 6′ tall, whilst the other 2 were 5′ 6″ to 5′ 8″ tall.
2 of the men are said to be aged between 25-35 years old. 1 of them was wearing a baseball cap.
Hampshire Constabulary have released a photograph of 3 men they would like to speak to in connection with this incident. They say that members of the public may recognise them.
Anyone with information about the incident or the identities of the 3 men pictured is asked to contact Police on 101, quoting reference number 44190117167.
