UPDATED: Wightlink have been forced to cancel a lunchtime sailing on their Yarmouth to Lymington route this morning (Thursday) due to mechanical issues.
The vessel Wight Sun has developed a fault and as a result the 12:05 sailing from Yarmouth has been pulled.
The cross-Solent operator says that customers will be accommodated on the next available sailing.
UPDATE @ 12:52 – Wightlink have now cancelled the 13:00 sailing from Lymington and the 14:05 sailing from Yarmouth.
It is unknown at this stage if any further cancellations will be made.
UPDATE @ 15:18 – Both the 15:00 from Lymington and the 16:05 from Yarmouth have now been cancelled.
