Isle of Wight indie favourites Wet Leg have announced a deluxe edition of their chart-topping second album, ‘moisturiser’, nearly a year after its original release.
The expanded release, titled moisturizer (deluxe), is set to be released on 10th July and will feature a host of remixes, live recordings and previously unreleased tracks.
Among the additions are remixes from horsegiirL, The Dare and FDC DJs – the latter made up of Carlos O’Connell and Tom Coll from Fontaines D.C.
Released alongside the announcement today is FDC DJs’ darker remix of “catch these fists”, which reworks the track with brooding synths and driving drums.
The deluxe edition will also include “hi from me”, previously only available on the Japanese CD release, a demo version of “don’t speak” recorded by Hester Chambers at her home studio and “u and me at home intro/outro”, recognised by fans as the band’s walk-on music.
Several live recordings captured at LA’s The Village studios in 2025 will also feature on the album.
Originally released during summer 2025, ‘moisturizer’ reached Number 1 on the UK Albums Chart and earned Wet Leg nominations for 3 Grammy Awards and 2 Brit Awards.
The album’s success was followed by major live performances at Glastonbury, London’s O2 Academy Brixton and LA’s Greek Theatre, cementing the Isle of Wight band’s growing international reputation.
Wet Leg have continued their rise throughout 2026 with appearances across Australia, New Zealand and Japan, as well as collaborations with artists including The Dare and Role Model.
Earlier this year, the band also became the first musical guest on the debut season of SNL UK alongside host Tina Fey.
Their single “mangetout” later reached Number 1 on the US Alternative Radio airplay chart, making Wet Leg the first female-fronted independent act to top the chart this decade.
Fresh from performances at Coachella, the band are now preparing for a packed summer schedule including appearances at Bonnaroo, Governors Ball, Osheaga and a major hometown set at this year’s Isle of Wight Festival.
