Tesco has been unable to deliver shopping to homes across the Isle of Wight this week due to a computer error.
Customers have been left wondering where their weekly shop has got to as Tesco delivery vans have failed to appear on doorsteps as planned.
Island Echo readers say deliveries both yesterday and today (Tuesday) have not been fulfilled by Tesco Extra Ryde.
The supermarket giant has tonight said that things will be returning to normal on Wednesday as the delivery system has now been fixed.
A spokesperson for Tesco has told Island Echo:
“We have been experiencing problems with our Dotcom delivery system at our Ryde Extra store which has affected deliveries to customers on the Isle of Wight today.
“The system has now been fixed and orders scheduled for tomorrow will arrive as planned.
“All affected customers will receive a full refund and we are very sorry for the inconvenience that this fault has caused.”
