Firefighters have rescued a teenage girl stuck a roof at Sainsbury’s in Newport this evening (Thursday).
1 appliance was mobilised to Foxes Road at just gone 19:00 after the youngster found herself stuck at height.
It’s understood that a group of teenagers managed to clamber onto the roof area via the multi-storey car park. 3 teens were able to get themselves down, but the young girl could not.
Newport’s fire crew were on scene for just 10 minutes.
