UPDATED: Red Funnel have confirmed they will be running a revised timetable on their East Cowes to Southampton route from tomorrow (Saturday 16th April) until next Thursday (21st April) due to a propeller issue.
One of the company’s vehicle ferries has been dry-docked in Falmouth to rectify a propeller issue, resulting in a number of cancelled sailings.
The following sailings have been cancelled:
From East Cowes:
09:30; 12:30; 15:30; 18:30
From Southampton:
08:00; 11:00; 14:00; 17:00
In addition, the 22:30 sailing from Southampton and the 23:55 sailing from East Cowes have both been cancelled for tonight (Friday).
UPDATE TUESDAY: Red Funnel’s revised East Cowes-Southampton timetable will now remain in place until Tuesday 26th April to allow extra time for the replacement of a propeller seal.
Red Funnel would like to apologise in advance to anyone who is inconvenienced during this period.
Red Jet services remain unaffected.
