A power cut has hit homes and businesses in the Binstead area of Ryde this afternoon (Friday).
Those in the PO33 region have lost supply due to a network fault.
A total of 126 postcodes were affected when the power dropped at 15:05, although that number has now reduced to around 17 postcodes.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks say they are responding to the fault as quickly as possible and aim to have all power restored by 18:00.

Investigations into the high voltage fault are underway.
