Police have arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of 6 offences following a late night operation in Rookley last night.
Officers descended on Hillcrest Road in the village at around midnight and are said to have forced entry to a property.
A 19-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of theft from a shop; theft of a pedal cycle; theft of a motor vehicle; theft from a motor vehicle; threat to damage/destroy property and burglary dwelling – theft/attempt theft with violence.
A number of items were removed from the address.
The male remains in custody at this time.
