Ashlake copse, my friends slum landlord lives down there. Built a big house he did while his tenants houses don’t even have an EHCP.
How many of the houses on these roads will be second homes?
Who’s hungry? Do we start at the top of the list?
It would be intresting to know the 10 most cheaper roads on the Island ?
(for first time buyers ect.)
We live in a small flat in Bembridge and our council tax is astronomical, a quarter of the state pension.
