A video circulating social media showing a man masturbating in a van on a busy road in Sandown has caused outrage amongst locals.
In the video, which Island Echo has decided not to share with readers, a male can be seen with his flaccid penis in his hand whilst sitting in the driver’s seat of a silver VW Transporter.
He was parked directly outside residential properties at a time when children are said to have been around. A young woman walked directly past the vehicle but thankfully appeared oblivious to what was happening.
The incident occurred on Avenue Road, Sandown sometime on Wednesday.
A witness has told Island Echo:
“The fella had his penis out masturbating while people were walking past his van in the middle of the day. He put his thing back away and just drove off.
“Unfortunately I didn’t catch the reg of the vehicle as, if I’m honest, I was too stunned to think quick enough”.
Hampshire Constabulary say that they have not been made aware of the incident to date.

I was so shocked by the incident, I did not take note of the vehicle reg and forgot to inform the police, all I could think of was putting the video on social media.
I know where the police need to go first.
