“failing to provide a specimen” should get the same fine as drink driving. Lesson here, if you get stopped and you’re pissed, don’t let them take a sample. Get to keep your licence.
They probably have friends in the right places
It’s an who you know Island as to what happens if getting caught.
Failing To Provide was always treated as a Refusal and attracted exactly the same penalty as being over the limit, so what has changed please ?
Bang all the druggies up and and all the drink drivers.
Make the Island a safe place for everyone.
The Island does not need these Numpties on our streets or roads
Ha ha. If you bang up all the druggies and drink drivers, half of the island will be behind bars. Only OAPs left as jailers!
Haha the oaps are probably the worst for drink driving and drugs. They were not brought up with these laws and think they do not have to abide by them because they are old
See what I’m saying is Danny Poole is in the news again. Well it at least it wasn’t shoplifting this time ey? you know what I mean bruv?,
Garbage like most of garbage who live on the Isle of Wight.
