Brian Samuel is another low life weirdo.
Paul Wright needs his testies removed!
Brian Samuel : I don’t normally defend such guys but presuming he is an active alcoholic,
84 days of abstinence is a big ask.
Seems to me that the courts are setting him up to fail ?
Why defend low life scum, it’s ultimately HIS lifestyle choice to send d*ck pics to his ex girlfriend and cause over 3k worth of damage not to mention the psychological trauma he’s inflicted. Alcoholism is NO defence.
Alcoholism is NO defense, BUT it is a disease.
(world health organisation 1972)
These people who are alcoholics must be offered professional help with their addiction. If they choose not to take the help, then they should feel the full force (ha ha) of what the law deems suitable.
Oh, and grow up!
Gosh, those fines/sentences are rather petty. Not so long ago, convicts were bundled onto a ship and deported to Australia for much lesser crimes. What deterrent is there nowadays to prevent reoffending?
I suppose, They found the old punishment (going to Australia) was so enjoyable, they had to find an alternative.!!
They must still be looking for the alternative
