Shanklin & Sandown Golf Club’s Ladies’ Captain, Lorrie Hawkins, held her charity day on Tuesday (12th November).
The day comprised of a 13-hole Am-Am Stableford competition, after which a raffle, tombola and bring-and-buy stalls greeted the teams in the Clubhouse.
The winners of the competition were Bea Janes, Lorraine Harley, Bev Lowrie and Christine O’Brien scoring 65 points.
Placed 2nd, on countback, with 61 points, were Fran Cole, Dawn Hodge, Angela Lassey and Amanda Wade.
£850 was raised for Care in the Garden.
