Island farmers and land managers are encouraged to attend the Isle of Wight Farming Conference 2025, taking place on Thursday 27th February, at East Afton Farmhouse.
With the theme ‘Striking the Right Balance,’ this inaugural conference promises to deliver insights and practical advice to help farmers navigate the challenges of modern agriculture.
The conference will feature an impressive line-up of expert speakers addressing topics such as sustainable farming practices, the latest developments in climate resilience, farming subsidies and land use.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from industry leaders, network with peers and engage with exhibitors showcasing services designed to support the future of farming on the Isle of Wight.
Graham Biss, Managing Director, Natural Enterprise said:
“Our goal is to provide not only insights but also practical guidance to help the Isle of Wight’s agricultural industry.
“We’re particularly proud to be able to support and encourage the next generation of farmers and land managers by securing sponsorship for 10 young farmers and 10 new entrants to attend the conference free of charge.
“Investing in the future of farming is crucial, and we are thrilled to provide these aspiring individuals with the opportunity to engage with industry experts, learn from their peers and connect with potential mentors”.
