Police responded to reports of a disturbance in the street in Ryde during the early hours of this morning (Tuesday), which led to 1 person being arrested.
Officers responded to Argyll Street in the town at 01:03 following reports of what Hampshire Constabulary say was a disturbance.
It has been confirmed that a 24-year-old man from Newport was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
He has been released under investigation.
