Police and paramedics are attending a road traffic collision on Middle Road near Tapnell this afternoon (Wednesday).
The incident, which occurred shortly before 16:30, has resulted in the closure of the road between Wilmingham Lane and Chessell.
It’s thought a motorcycle has been involved. A coach is also stopped at the scene.
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service has deployed an ambulance crew and a rapid response paramedic.
Motorists are being diverted locally.
UPDATE – It has been confirmed that 3 vehicles have been involved in the crash, with minor injuries reported.
The scene has now been cleared.
Thoughts are with the 2 wheeler. Hope all are ok.
More good drivers, rather then bad drivers will be along soon.
