Chris Stay and George Gosden are travelling to Fort William in the Highlands of Scotland in the 1st week of May for the international Scottish 6-day motorcycle trial.
The event – which attracts over 270 riders from around the world each year – is always over-subscribed. This year, local riders Chris Stay and George Gosden will once again be heading north to represent the Isle of Wight in this prestigious event.
The trial is like no other, with riders having to travel over 100 miles each day, mainly across mountains and moors, with around 30 special tests or sections – as they are known – along the way.
Both Island riders took part for the 1st time last year when they both finish in the top 50. With that experience behind them, Chris and George will be hoping to finish even higher up in the results this year.
