2 caravans have been destroyed by fire near Wootton this afternoon (Monday).
The Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service mobilised 2 appliances from Newport and a water carrier from Ventnor to Littletown Lane off Briddlesford Road at 12:11.
Crews have worked to remove 3 gas cylinders from the area and bring the flames under control.
Both domestic caravans have been completely destroyed, but thankfully no one has been injured in the incident.
