Police were called to a collision in Arreton after a car rolled off the road and into a field late last night (Monday).
The incident occurred on the A3056 between the turn off for Merstone and the village of Arreton – close to Gore Cemetery – shortly before 23:20.
A Hyundai i10 left the carriageway and ended up in a field upside down on its roof.
Hampshire Constabulary say that no injuries were reported.

More elderly drivers will be along soon.
You knew the driver? Or is this just another example of blatant ageism?
What a really well thought out comment, must have taken all of your intellect to follow/copy others like a lost sheep.
Don’t be daft Dictor Jillup. Anyone over 60 would have been tucked up in bed well before that time.
And more mindless comments will be along soon – mostly from you, ageist moron Jollop.
Another copy and paste comment I presume. Another village keyboard warrior
It could hardly be an elderley driver using a high powered Hyundhai
What i find is the fact this brainless piece of ageist sewer slime will be old, i wonder how its views will change then.
Yes, here we go again….more idiots will be along soon….

Nice photo, could use it in a ‘not to do’ campaign. Not sure which campaign though, a lot to choose from.
Ha ha ha ha ha !!! Is that part of the driving test these days… how to roll your car !! Seems to happen a fair bit over here…. SLOW DOWN .
It would be interesting to learn the average car-rolling count in communities in GB of around 130k. We seem to get one at least once a week.
It has been anounced that Car Rolling is to be an olympic sport, points will be awarded for distance from highway, number of rolls , artistic merit and difficulty.
It would seem that th Isle of Wight is the front runner to represent the United Kingdom.
