5 years after it was put on the open market Calbourne Water Mill is back up for grabs – this time at auction.
The 14.2-acre site was advertised with a hefty price tag of £2.3million back in 2018, but it failed to sell.
Now, the owners are hoping someone will snap up the West Wight attraction at auction. It boasts the Island’s only working water mill, alongside holiday accommodation, a cafe, a gift shop and a museum as well as adventure golf and pedalos.
It was revealed in 2018 that the current owners are looking to retire, having acquired the Mill in 2000.
Calbourne Water Mill is listed with Auction Estates in Nottingham with a guide price of £1.75million. It will go under the hammer in their next auction on 26th October.
