Police are investigating an attempted burglary on a pharmacy in Ryde overnight.
Officers were called shortly after 02:00 this morning (Wednesday) to reports of an attempted burglary at Boots pharmacy at Tower House surgery on Rink Road.
A number of officers were deployed to the scene.
Damaged was caused to a window and the glass door but entry was not gained. Nothing has been reported stolen.
Enquiries are ongoing at this time.
More junkies looking for a fix no doubt.
Yes, been waiting quietly for my prescription with others to have obnoxious junkies to enter for their fix and disrupt the place. Acting like spoiled children as they have to wait for their drugs. As someone, who despite a serious inherited medical condition, works full time and has to pay for my medication, I see these people as parasites taking everything and not contributing anything to society. The world really would be a better place if they did not exist.

sadly for them, what starts out as a bit of fun, experimenting with drugs, ends up in a life long, vicious circle of alcohol and substance abuse, misuse and dependence. The p^^s poor attitude to others is a known side effect of being a hopeless, junkie waster.
most of them couldn’t give a f^^k about you or your need for medication, as their self absorbed desire to “feel normal” and not on a come down, is far more important.

These so called junkies, have families and loved ones and are people too. They have an addiction and suffer more than some of us can know!

no we do not need, the thieving junkie scum on the island. Deadbeat losers, hanging around the towns, sponging off the passersby, dossing around the seafront, quaffing copious amounts of cheap cider, before getting some more heroin, using the money they have sponged off the state, stole off their families or robbed from anyone stupid enough to get close to them.
These burdens on society need locking up until they are clean,straight and sober and that takes at least a couple of years.
